MUST HAVE CLOTHES FOR EVERY COLLEGE GIRL LIVING AWAY FROM HOME
Organizing your college clothing becomes even more important when you're getting ready for a complete semester of school because packing for a weekend getaway might be difficult.
It can be challenging not to bring your entire outfit if you tend to overpack. At the same time, many I know who under packed deeply regretted not packing enough of particular items they ultimately needed during the academic year.
Avoid both mistakes by following our comprehensive college wardrobe packing list, which outlines the essentials for your college closet.
CLOTHES YOU MUST HAVE
- A traditional white shirt
To wear with blue or black jeans on days when she just doesn't feel like getting dressed but doesn't want to look like she just rolled out of bed, every girl should invest in at least one timeless white shirt. It was possible to wear a white shirt with a tank top inside, tucked into the pants, or just tied at the bottom.
- The ideal set of jeans
Most days, we wear jeans to college, and it's definitely a bummer if you don't have perfectly fitting pants to wear at least three out of five days. To give you the extra confidence and boost you need to start your day, your wardrobe MUST INCLUDE AT LEAST ONE PAIR OF FITTED JACKETS. Jeans are the most adaptable item of apparel in everyone's wardrobe and may be worn as a substitute for churidars and with kurtis as well.
- Joggers or leggings
Leggings are the answer for days when you want to look stylish while also feeling comfortable. Once more, they go with everything, but make sure your top is long enough to cover the crotch area. Since they are unquestionably more comfortable and stretchy than jeans, jeggings or "Jean- Leggings" are a great way to identify them.
- Simple knit tops
Your college wardrobe absolutely must include basic tops. Avoid buying too many graphic t-shirts; instead, choose for solid-coloured t-shirts that you can subsequently accessorise with a scarf, perhaps a statement necklace, or a denim jacket for when the weather becomes a little chillier.
- Shorts and Skirts
You could very absolutely wear a pair of shorts or a skirt on days when you get up a bit earlier and want to run the additional mile (just because you have those few extra minutes), but only if it's allowed by your college. They look quite stylish and are also simple to style.
- Large-sized sweatshirts and sweaters
I detest getting dressed up for college once winter arrives. I'm haunted by the memory of walking out of my cosy bed and into the chilly outside world. I prefer to dress warmly and comfortably during the day by wearing sweatshirts and loose sweaters during the cooler months. In the cold, my go-to attire is a hoodie and leggings.
